Formerly a cannery storage facility, this historic location has been revitalized by the City of Lindale for public and private event rental, plus community activities.

Fees

  • Private Events: $800 per day 
  • Public Events (20-25 Vendor Booths/Inside ONLY): $800 per day
  • Public Events (26-150 Vendor Booths/Inside and Outside): $1,500.00 per day 
  • NO Half-Day or Hourly Rentals Allowed
